I wish to identify the objects in the attached pictures. Object (1) is a silver colored metallic sphere with a flat spot (dent?) and has attached numerous, silver colored wires (broken off by handling). The sphere is about 3/8" in diameter; the attached wires are about 1 1/2" long and the sphere and wires are nonmagnetic. The sphere and wires together weight about 0.06 oz. I cannot tell if the sphere is hollow or not. Object (2) is silver colored, metallic, nonmagnetic, and about 2 3/8"long. It weights about 0.34 oz. and is solid. I found these objects while metal detecting a former forestry road on my property. They were only an inch or two below the surface. There is no nearby housing, power lines, etc. The property has been logged in the late 1930's...early 1940's.
Thank you for your help.
