Family and Pet-friendly 3/2 1560 sq ft Vacation Cabin on 2.5 Acres in the Woods on Little Bear Creek! This is a magical setting where you can forget about the world!
This is a very pretty 2.5 acre property with many iris flowers, wild gooseberries, wild strawberries and an incredible number and variety of trees. It is so quiet you can listen to the creek, hear the birds chirp and the bee's buzz.
The cabin is sturdy built with newly rebuilt foundation, footings, and structure new bathrooms and kitchen all in 2022.
It has open beams throughout with two living rooms where family and friends can gather together or separately with plenty of windows and doors to open and let the light and fresh air through.
The use of the Dutch Flat community pool is included!

Conveniently located close to the I-80 but not close enough to hear. Easy access to hiking, lakes, ski slopes and rivers. Mountain community living at it's best right here! Enjoy all four seasons, small town living.
Sugar Bowl and Boreal 20-25 minutes with sledding parks 10-15 minutes out. Auburn 20 minutes and Truckee 30-35 minutes. Reno and Sacramento are both about an hour away.
150 miles to SF makes it an easy weekend drive, even with traffic and weather as Alta is the last exit before the regular I80 chain checks for powder days.
Nightly $219 with 2 night minimum. Holiday periods $349 per night and 3 night minimum.
Weekly $1000 (~30% off nightly)
Many weekends open. Thanksgiving and New Years weeks still available. (Xmas week booked)
