Selling my trailers as is, need gone asap. Shoot me an offer worst I can do is say no. Definitely needs a little bit of work but it’s a solid base to start, just don’t have time for a project like this right now. any further questions just hit me up. Trailer is 27 feet. I do not have a truck to tow it so you will have to provide your own.

Pro:
Current registration
Have all the paperwork and manuals
Slide out works with no issues
All plumbing and water systems work
Propane systems work
No serious mold or mildew
Comes with hitch and bars
I will throw in brand new hard wood flooring I bought for it

Cons:
Front left corner leaks slightly but not bad at all (why there is tarp on front of trailer)
Needs new carpet or cleaned
Interior has no furniture
Stove top and refrigerator works but the oven needs a new pilot lite
One of the outlets doesn’t work for some reason
The ac needs a new fan motor but is charged and worked well
