1978 Coachmen Sunlite c160 tent trailer for sale.

We got this from the original owners about 5 years ago. We did some updates to it. I bought new wheels and tires with new spare. Painted the frame, got new chains, did some basic weather sealing and repacked the wheel bearings. Led lights throughout inside and out, all signals and brake lights etc work as they should from 4 pin connector. We painted the cabinets and added vinyl flooring. Reflectix insulating panels for hotter days and colder nights go in-between the screens and windows and they make a big difference for temp control hot or cold, they work fantastic. Foam insulation (blue grid under sink pictured is throughout and on both bunks to insulate and give a little more comfort. Memory gel topper on one end pictured. The bunk pads and table cushions are perfect with no tears or issues. Of era colors. We never got around to the fabric design.

It has 110v plug for power when parked that will power the porch light and interior light. Two 110 plugs inside the trailer as well.

Two burner propane stove works great, roof top vent for when you're cooking. We can test but I'm keeping the 5 gallon tank that's on it.

Dinette turns into a bed. Sits 4 to 5 adults for cards or games easily.
I removed the water tank but faucet works from garden hose connection if desired, grey water drains from sink to outside. We just use a few gallon water jug for washing hands etc.

I have the original owners manual. Title in hand. Permanent registration.

Super light, can push it around the driveway easily. Pops by hand with spring loaded supports. It's been a lot of fun, selling because we need a bigger one now that we have two kids.

It's not perfect but pretty good for its age, a ton of fun and ready to tow straight to a camp site. Original owner left roof vent open once in weather so the headliner has been removed. The canvas is perfect but the nunk end screens have some patches, small tears I've sealed but nothing major really. There's glue out there to patch tears or specified tape. All of the vinyl is in great shape (windows) with no tears. Overall in great shape for the age. Very enjoyable and reliable little camper. Small dent on front from original owner. Just come see for yourself, because it's in great shape for and oldie. Let me know if youd like to view and set up with me yourself. Price is obo.
