1994 Nomad 5th wheel trailer 28'
Clean title in hand.
Registration good through 09/25.
Up for sale is my 28' Nomad 5th wheel trailer.
It has a built in Generator with interior and exterior controls. It starts without having to leave, which is great for cold, snowy, rainy or hot days “ONAN 4000W GENSET EMERALD+ generator”
Holds two 12V batteries. Holds (2) up to 7 gallon propane tanks. Propane runs the heater, the water heater, the refrigerator, and the stove/oven. There's an 8 gallon unleaded gas tank that runs the generator.
(All sealed underneath the trailer each in their own compartments under the trailer).
Indoor/outdoor shower.
Full bathroom, half tub with a seat inside, full shower, toilet, bathroom sink.
The outside of the trailer has two pillar stands that are extra support also has a levelers to make sure it is sitting level.
The kitchen table transforms into a small size bed. The couch easily pulls out into a Twin size bed (no tears anywhere in the fabric or the carpet).
Full size kitchen multiple cupboards, freezer/refrigerator, oven/stove, and microwave.
Plenty of electerical outlets throughout the trailer.
There is ample lighting. Night lights that line throughout the trailer so you can see at night.
Two full size emergency exit windows in the front and back of the trailer. Plenty of other windows surrounding the whole trailer.
Master bedroom holds a queen size bed with a privacy sliding door. There is plenty of cabinet space to hold your belongings. The queen bed lifts up with extra storage space. The corner in front of the bed can hold a small TV in the master bedroom.
The corner above the built in radio an cupboard by entrance door holds a medium size tv in the main part of the trailer for family to watch.
It’s a slide out so there’s plenty of space for multiple people to move around freely and kids to play or animals. Push button inside conveniently controls the slide out.

There 5 tires in good condition with plenty of tread: 2 axles and a spare on the rear.
It has a ladder to get the the roof.
The bathroom and the master bedroom have a small sunroof that opens for fresh air and a 2-way fan built-in to draw fresh air in or push air out
There's one broken (missing) cabinet door above the kitchen counter and one cabinet door under the sink.
There is water damage in the ceiling above the kitchen sink as seen in the pictures. There is water damage in the floor under the kitchen sink. Water stains are visible in several spots around the trailer ceiling.
Everything else is good condition an works. There is plenty of mirrors everywhere on the cabinet doors.
Screen door an main door lock properly. There are 3 steps with handrail that lead up to the door.
Interior has wood finish and teal fabric on the floor and couches.
Storage an cupboards all over also has a hidden storage compartment under the kitchen table seat on one side. Storage under the queen bed can be used for larger items.
There is a solar panel to trickle charge the batteries.
We decided to sell it because we want to build a permanent structure on our family’s property.
It could be a great starter trailer for someone that doesn't mind some work.
