Experienced Deck Carpenter (2+ Years Required)
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on deck building experience
Ability to build decks from scratch, including:
Framing
Stairs & steps
Finish work
Multi-level decks
Must read plans and work independently
Own all tools required for deck construction
Own truck required
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Prefer candidates living near Sonora, Murphys, or Twain Harte
Pay:
$30–$35 per hour, depending on experience
Paid W-9 during 90-day probation
Option to switch to W-2 or remain W-9 after probation

Laborer / Apprentice (Willing to Learn the Trade)
Requirements:
Construction experience a plus, but not required
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Reliable transportation
Ability to lift, carry, and work outdoors
Pay:
$17–$19 per hour, depending on experience

Work Schedule
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Saturdays optional
