Heavy duty foundation stakes mostly designed for plywood foundation forms but could be used for 2x material. These have helped me build many homes. I'm a retired building contractor and no longer need them.
I have 11 bundles of four each (44 stakes) at 48" long, and 19 stakes that are 40" long. To tie a pair together, I have 34 ties. See the illustration to explain how the ties keep the stakes (or the foundation forms) from spreading during a pour.
As the stakes are gererally used in pairs including one tie for each pair, I'm selling them for $7.00 a pair that will include one tie.
As they've been sitting outside. They are ugly, but fully functional and a necessity for foundation construction in Placer County "soil".
