BARTER CONTRACT WORK FOR RV LIVING

Veterans Residential Service Organization in rural Calaveras County.
We assist the ENVIRONMENT in adapting itself to the 4 out of 5
over-40 Veterans who are morbidly obese (over 400 lbs on 6 feet)
as THEY are instead of trying to force the MORBIDLY OBESE
to adapt to the environment as IT is (an impossible task anyway).
Acceptance of and adherence to this political view is essential.
Please READ ALL THE WAY DOWN and reply with your
PHONE NUMBER AND LOCATION IN SUBJECT LINE
as well as your PICTURE in email along with a description of
why you should be a candidate for this opportunity.
We delete people who do not comply due to malware, etc.
After application email is received:
a) You will then be emailed a PDF application form.
b) Import the form into any free PDF form filler available online
c) Complete the form and save it.
d) Email the completed form back to us with references.
e) Inform your references we will be calling.
ALL VALID APPLICANTS WILL RECEIVE A RESPONSE.
Those candidates which have been placed on the Short List will
be scheduled for an in-person interview for further consideration.
HOWEVER if the picture emailed does not match the man who shows up
for the interview, he will not be permitted on the property to complete
the interview, will be turned away and removed from consideration.
This is for everybody's safety and security.
A) As there is no cash or food provided, workers are expected to
have some sort of outside income or Social Security or Disability.
If other jobs are maintained, the on-campus projects must take precedence.
B) WARNING: THIS IS A RURAL AREA.
C) THERE ARE LIMITED OUTSIDE JOBS MOSTLY MINIMUM WAGE
D) DISABILITY OR PENSION IS PREFERRED
E) All on-campus jobs must be performed to California
Code and have permits pulled by worker(s) if needed
F) ON CAMPUS JOB LIST
1 Bring in used/free cargo container off Craigslist etc to store your tools/materials.
2 Yard maintenance/landscaping. Remove several silk trees and roots
3 Remove and replant several fruit and evergreen trees to make room for deck.
4 Assist care aide/business manager with putting up industrial shelves in storage
5 Maintaining the bus you are living in/assisting with manager's RV repair
6 Trenching and installation of electric, water/irrigation and septic lines.
7 Painting of house/garage
8 Plumbing and heavy electrical work inside house/garage (generator)
9 Re-doing driveway concrete/driveway asphalt from scratch
10 Building covered decks, front, side and back
11 Rebuilding wheelchair ramps to house as part of it
12 Dismantling, moving and rebuilding garage elsewhere on property
(as a garbage port on the bottom and accessory dwelling unit on top)
13 Repositioning fence behind to accommodate new garage
14 Building 2-1/2 story garage in its' place using original roof for 1/2 story
15 Installing electric water septic and gas lines in the 1/2 story.
16 Create two Accessory Dwelling Units in the 2nd story to tie in
17 Create large commercial kitchen/bath area in rear of 1st garage story
18 Building gazebo under trees in front yard with water power and septic
19 Installing stone table and seats down by mini-oak grove water/electric
20 Installing park-pavilion style covering over all driveway areas
Workers will have access to free broadband Wi-Fi from which
to surf the Web and attach their cell phones to save minutes.
GAMING/STREAMING IS NOT PERMITTED
DUE TO LIMITED BANDWIDTH IN RURAL AREAS
a) For safety reasons, each worker must have his own PERMANENT
cell-phone. Pay-as-you-go/burner phones are not permitted.
b) Cell-phone coverage here is AT&T only. Other providers not available.
T-Mobile, Sprint and Verizon have limited to nonexistent coverage,
so if you need to - you may have to transfer your service to AT&T.
After the 14-day trial period, it may be possible for us to provide
a DIRECTV receiver programmed with top-tier Titanium level
entertainment with music, movies, sports and other services.

4 Fat-Man Friendly and Preferably Overweight/Veteran Himself
5 Two-Man Crew Ideal - MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS AND BUS TO LIVE IN
A) We got priced out of the Bay Area and had to purchase our
2-acre property in the Southern Mother Lode near Sonora
and get it wheelchair-ready and weight-ready.
B) Now with pandemic and everybody out of work and hurting,
we need to start improving the property and re-do all the
half-hearted work the previous (skinny) contractors were doing.
C) Our funding is limited as we are all on disability,
so we need a respectful man/men between the ages of 30s and 50s, -
preferably an overweight Veteran himself as well - to perform work -
while he stays in his own self-contained RV that is 15 years old or newer
and is in good condition and not an eyesore
D) A two-man crew is ideal each with his own room (one in bedroom and one in liv rm).
THE FOLLWING THREE ITEMS ARE MOST IMPORTANT
1. This is a Licensed Healthcare Facility.
Therefore for the safety of all patients and staff:
A) There is no drug users allowed on the property.
B) There are no alcohol users allowed on the property.
C) There are no tobacco/cannabis users on the property.
D) There are no mental health service consumers on the property.
This includes those who are in recovery
regardless of the number of years clean/sober
2. While the RV hookup space will be what is bartered for,
the candidate must
i) Drive and have a valid driver's license,
ii) Have a clean license (no tickets/major accidents)
iii) Have his own truck in GOOD REPAIR (No Leaks or Major Damage)
iv) Have no previous involvement with Law Enforcement
3. As this is a Mens Program there's
A) No Girlfriends/Boyfriends allowed on the property
B) No Kids due to safety/liability issue
C) No Animals as we have service dogs/cats
We're sorry but If any of the above is an issue, please save
yourself the time and us the aggravation and do not apply.
Due to the pandemic and to maintain staff and patient safety
the successful candidate will be content to shelter in place
apart from trips to the store and taking the care aide
and business manager on errands when available.

B MINUMUM 3 back-up men if you are ill and cannot work
C) FLUENT ENGLISH SPEAKERS ONLY both oral and written
D) DMV print out within last 30 days
E) REFERENCES CANNOT INCLUDE RELATIVES/FRIENDS/EXES
F) Physically able to perform the ongoing job duties during daytime hours only
G) If you are disruptive, you will need to leave within 7 days.
H) Due to eviction prohibition and patient safety requirements, we
spend our own unpaid time in advance poring over criteria beforehand
