Limited laundry access (located in my personal walk-in closet/changing area), Laundry access only when I'm home. You would also have to use an unscented/fragrance free type of laundry soap due to allergies. I have an approved list. No bleach, softeners or dryer sheets. I have wool dryer balls.
Shared living room, kitchen, shower, huge deck & front yard. No access to the lower part of the home or back yard.
No garbage service, Outside trash can provided. You haul.
Off street parking for 1 vehicle only.
Vehicle a must. Zero walkability to services. No public transportation.

Room-218 sq. ft.) 15 '1 " x 14'.5" with a large closet (65.5 sq. ft.) 5'1" x 13' 9.5" running the length of the room. Carpeted, Open beam 12 foot chalet style. Ceiling fan w lights. Largest room in the house. It can easily fit a king size bed, loveseat or small couch, chairs, dresser, shelves, mini fridge etc....
Furniture available- Twin daybed w/ pop-up twin trundle= King bed, Chromecast for streaming from your device to a TV, night stands, dresser, table lamp, floor lamp and a wood chair. You supply your own blankets, pillows and sheets. I have comforters.
You'll have your own lock & key for your room & the front door.
There is no extra storage available other than the huge bedroom closet, area under the bed when set up as a king and 1/2 bath cupboards.
You'll only need to clean/pick up after yourself & keep your room clean.
Shared shower only on the main level bathroom, 1/2 bath upstairs next to your room might be shared on rare occasions.
You must supply all your own bathroom essentials. I will clean the bathrooms & rest of the house.
Limited refrigerator/freezer space as I cook/make everything from scratch and the counter depth fridge/freezer is usually pretty full.
You must have all your own kitchen essentials & food storage containers. No shared food.
Pots, pans, dishes, silverware, cups & glasses will be supplied.
You'll have a cupboard shelf to store your things.
There is a large deck If you have a BBQ.
You'll also have the use of 2 lakes, gym, tennis/pickle ball & basketball courts, community garden, horseback rides on weekends in the summer, Clubhouse rental at the lower lake for get together s with full kitchen, bathrooms, BBQ.
It's a very nice & usually quiet neighborhood. We have lots of dog walkers, families taking a stroll & a plethora of wildlife day & night. We do get some snow. Elevation 2,733. Roads are plowed or it melts quickly. We are right around the corner from the lower lake and all amenities.
