Hi neighbors! I’m renting out one bedroom with a private bathroom and large walk-in closet in my peaceful 4-bedroom home on a quiet road in Rough and Ready. Near the 3 way stop by Bitney Springs. 6 minutes to downtown Grass Valley.

I’m only home part-time, so most weeks/months you’ll have the house mostly to yourself.
In return for the discounted rate, I’m looking for someone who can:
• Feed and check on the chickens when I’m away. Lots of eggs!
• Water indoor/outdoor plants as needed.
