I am a 44 year old straight male, business owner. I am out of town a lot for work. Other potential tenant is very mellow lady who loves to explore nature and is very creative. We both love to garden.

I'm really only looking for someone who has a job, is professional and respectful and will not bring guests over often. No pets at the moment sorry

We are on 3 acres with beautiful views and lots of space between neighbors.

$1,150 / month plus utilities (roughly 150-200 for all)

$100 extra a month if furnished.
$50 extra a month for additional vehicles (1st one included)

3, 6 or 9 month leases. One month warning before moving out.

NO ANIMALS.
