i have two rooms for rent in my 3 bedroom home one is fully furnished the other is semi furnished both have mini fridge's and a micro wave wifi both include all utilities 850 for furnished room 725 for semi furnished room . im looking for tenants that work out of the house ..no pets no smoking or drugs and non drinkers no over night guests 1st deposit and lasts months rent references required (if you cant pass a background check dont bother ) single occupancy only semi furnished room available mid December the smaller semi furnished room is no longer available
