Sweet Medium Sized Dog Looking for a Good Home (Shingle Springs)

Scooby is a adorable mixed breed dog we found as a stray about a year back. Unfortunately we can no longer keep her as we have too many dogs (due to bringing home too many strays!), so we are looking for a wonderful home for her.
She is probably about 3-4 years old, about 45 pounds, and is spayed and vaccinated. She has short legs and a long back, so is perhaps a Bassett Hound mix?
She is great with other dogs of all sizes, cats, and kids. Has lived with horses and goats and will chase them if they run but ignores them other than that.
She loves to play fetch and is extremely athletic. She is a very sweet and pretty mellow as long as she gets her exercise. She is sensitive, housebroken, and easy to train, though we are not heavy dog trainers so she could use some basic obedience.
