Responsibilities and Essential Duties
 Support the data entry for several workbooks and reconcile accuracy of data (example reports: project workbooks, chargeability reports and project financials). Update reports through the administration of Power BI
 Effectively respond to questions (via email, over the phone, or during meetings) from the consulting business unit Project Managers related to time tracking, projections workbook, and chargeability reports
 Handle the progress of client contracts, extensions, and amendments – both electronic and paper copies
 Maintain business licenses and state registries through online portal
 Requires regular attendance in the workplace
Related Tasks
 Complete moderately complex projects which require great attention to detail (e.g., regular reporting, spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, etc.)
 Produce and maintain reports using data from various sources
 Maintain repeatable processes for routine and on-going tasks including continuously improving processes
 Maintain highly organized systems which can be easily taught to others
 Execute on instruction and take the opportunity to support newer solutions/processes/tools to streamline, automate or improve upon existing systems
 Ability to handle many disparate, simultaneous tasks and frequently communicate progress to various stakeholders (colleagues from different departments, project managers, executives, etc.)
Required Skills, Demonstrated Capabilities and Qualifications
 Advanced in Microsoft Excel (especially in the use of extracted data, formulas, pivot tables and graphs) and proficient in other Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
 Able to work with and analyze substantial amounts of data to generate management reports for project and financial performance
 Strong organization skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
 Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
 Professional written and verbal communication skills
 Demonstrated highest level of customer/client service and response
 Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Education Requirements
 Bachelor’s Degree required

Working Conditions
Position hours are Monday – Friday, 8 hours per day (flexibility between 7:30am – 6:00pm).
In an office setting, this job entails spending time making repetitive motions and sitting. It involves contact with others via face-to-face discussions, over the phone, and via e-mail.
Office-appropriate, professional attire required.
