We are a small sales and marketing company located in the heart of downtown Nevada City, situated on Spring Street.

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual to join our team as an Office Assistant. This role involves assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within our office environment (which is remote and primarily overseas)

Hours:
Ideally, the position requires availability from 10am to 2pm; however, flexibility can be accommodated for the right candidate. There is also potential for additional hours and increased responsibilities based on your skillset and performance.

Responsibilities:
Perform general office duties including answering phones, responding to emails, basic book keeping, scheduling appointments and organizing meetings.
Aid in managing databases and updating records.
Support the team with any administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proactive and able to multitask effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office suite).
Previous administrative or office experience is preferred.
