We are a well-established block-printed clothing company in Auburn, CA with over 30 years in the market, seeking a reliable and motivated Studio Support Associate to join our team. We offer a fun, creative, and collaborative working environment where initiative and new ideas are encouraged.
Position Overview
This is a hands-on, multi-functional role supporting daily studio operations, including shipping, customer service, inventory, and general coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Shipping and receiving
• Order fulfillment
• Inventory control and tracking
• Purchasing support
• Online customer service
• General operational and light management support
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an office, warehouse, or company environment
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Creative problem-solving and ability to think outside the box
• Motivated and ready to grow with the company
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift to 40 lbs.
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
Schedule
• Approximately 32 hours per week
Compensation
• Starting pay: $22/hour
• Performance-based gradual increases up to $25/hour
