I travel to the general vicinities of North Lake Camanche, Buena Vista, Ione, Jackson, Sutter Creek, Amador City, Plymouth, Shenandoah Road, Mt. Aukum, Somerset, Fair Play, and Omo Ranch.
I'm reliable and thorough, as my long-time client references will tell you. I'm a home owner and over the years have volunteered with various organizations that required fingerprinting and background checks.
I DO:
* Bring all gentle cleaning products, commercial vacuum, and necessary supplies appropriate for the care of stone surfaces, leather, laminate, engineered, and solid wood floors/furniture
* Clean appliances
* Wipe fingerprints on doors, walls, and switch plates
* Wipe down cabinets
* Clean grout
* Clean baseboards
* Spot clean carpets and upholstery
* Sweep spiders from ceilings
* Clean iron and mineral deposits off glass, tile, and fiberglass showers, sinks, tubs, toilets till they sparkle like new
* Clean out cupboards/drawers and place new liners
* Organize cabinets and drawers to increase efficiency
* Laundry, hand wash wool, silk, etc.
I DO NOT:
* Give estimates over the phone
* Charge by the hour
* Do move ins or outs
* Do monthly or random one time cleanings
* Clean vacation rentals
