This is a good working exercise machine. You just stand on the platforms and swing your feet in a walking motion. You can take smaller or larger steps depending on how much movement you wish to perform.
Very good low impact workout or stretching exercise.
The upright handles you can use to push and pull and build arm strength as well as gain motion in shoulders and elbows.
Can be quickly disassembled to fit in many vehicles after purchase.
