Hi I am seeking preferably a detached studio/1 bedroom but open to a room as well if we do well together. I am looking for around 500-1100 a month and I do have a dog as well 75 lb staffordshire terrier who is super friendly.
I work part time at the hospital locally but can always sign up for more shifts if I need the extra money, working 32 hours a week normally. I am applying to Sierra college as well next semester and planning to do classes to further my career. I am a responsible, kind, and funny late 20’s individual who is in the process of separating with my partner where we live together (hence the moving) and I pay half the rent and PGE and Star-link as well. I can speak more on this if we get along well.
A little about me: I love my job, i love nature, EDM music and concerts, i love my quiet and alone time as well so prefer to have my space but also get along with about anyone. I am 420 friendly and would prefer that as well.
