Hi! We are newlyweds, fur parents to our registered ESA animals (all well behaved and potty trained. 2 indoor only cats & small rescue dog). We are a non drinking, non drug using (one of us does use medical cannabis, respectfully and can be done outdoors) and are looking for a new place to begin our lives together at the end of our lease for a fresh start. Our current lease ends in September so wanted to be proactive now. We really want to find a small place to rent in an area we love a bit more, to save money to potentially buy our own home someday and maybe more space. We are fine with small spaces, but our apartment complex is huge and tons of people. Being more spiritual people, plant LOVERS , and more quiet lifestyle like souls, we would love to find a place with a small yard to grow our own food or to just enjoy the sunshine and life together. We are also open to apartment, town homes, anything that felt right! We are open minded.
We both have stable jobs in Roseville, but want to move out of the area if possible to be around nature and like minded souls. We often spend our free time wandering into Auburn, Grass Valley, Nevada City.
I, am a self employed hairstylist who is also in the healing arts business who has a studio space in Roseville, and my husband is in solar underwriting. We are both 30, and don't have children, debt or bad credit, no evictions. We just want to pay a little less than we are in Roseville, while staying in the area close to family and the jobs we love. We don't want to have too far of a commute, but for the right fit, it could work out.
This is a long shot, we have never tried to reach out and put it into the Universe in a way like this, but things never happen if you don't ask, right?
A picture of us can be sent upon request if we align. We just felt more comfortable beginning here.
If you are someone who has a space for rent, our lease is up in September. We would love to chat more, see what things look like. We don't want something forever, but also not too temporary as well. We are willing to sign a lease and put down a deposit. 1425 would be our MAX rent, in order to be able to save money. Would love to find something even less as again we’re okay with 1 bedrooms/smaller spaces. We just want a landlord who is honest and trustworthy, that will let us treat your place like home. We are tidy, well kept, don't have many visitors besides family and don't mind helping with yard work or touch up paint if you needed a hand. Again, we're looking for a place to call home and would respect it as our own.
Looking forward to speaking with you! Have a beautiful day.
