Hi craigslisters. I’m looking for a place to rent in the grass valley area (preferred, but flexible) from a private landlord. I’m flexible on lease terms, and my budget is around $2200 max. Must be okay with a small dog. I’m hoping for on or around an April 1st move in. I’m more of a let’s shake hands kind of person but can provide financial stability.
