Hey yall I am looking to rehome 3 Oberhasli dairy goats. Oberhasli is an amazing dairy breed they produce extremely sweet milk and are very productive, they are also very friendly. These goats are truly amazing, I ran a raw milk share this summer with them and had multiple goats produce a gallon of milk per day, they were managed in a rotational grazing system so the are used to and 100% respect electric netting (never had them escape or try to escape) and clearing land. They are currently in milk but are about to get dried off for the winter to rest so you would need to get them bred to kid next year to produce milk again. They were raised on all organic alfalfa and organic whole barley while milking, minerals, pasture and browse from our land. They are super healthy and were tested disease free in the spring for Johnes CL and CAE. I think they would make a beautiful edition to someones homestead as a family milker or even a small raw milk herdshare.
