Just reduced to $1450. Value is way beyond that...
Recently completed and finished...a brand new, ULTRA CUSTOM 1 piece SOLID WOOD, Coffee Table.
Includes a brand new (crated) thick clear glass top.
Would make an amazing gift...
Measures 40" wide, 16" tall, and is 100% hand crafted, from 1 solid piece of mahogany.
I have completed and hand finished this piece using several coats of high quality semi gloss poly...then I hand sanded each fully dried coat, with #600 wet/dry sandpaper, and afterwards, burnished and polished the entire inside, using a combination of rich hardwood oils and brass wool pads...to an amazing, deep gorgeous, maintenance free finish.
Also included is the (optional to utilize), raised round, with soft rubber edging, that you an build your own scene or arrangement.
(Real plants cold also be use if one were to opt for plexiglass with a hole or 2, or 3, etc., that the plants stems, tops, etc, could protrude through. Imagine that, it'd be so super amazing.
Price includes my furnishing a brand new 48" round (tempered) glass top, 3/8" thick, with a beautiful polished pencil edge.
For just $295 additional, I will supply 1/2" thick glass, with a 1" bevel.)
YET ANOTHER possible option, could be: I could supply 36-39" glass, (or use plexiglass)...which could then be placed 'within' the inside of the 40" wide diameter solid wood bowl. This would place/keep the outer glass edge just inside the 'bowl', and of course. would lower the overall diameter of the table, from 48", to just 40" overall diameter. (OR...for a substantially higher price (or customer could supply their own), a 60" or 72" round glass top could be utilized...assuming someone had the space and desired that sort of wonderfully dramatic look.)

Photos show: Side view, (empty). Side and upper views with sandy beach seashell display idea...which utilizes the (included), custom wood, (removable), 'riser' plate*. (See custom wood riser.)
Succulent planter display. (A plexiglass top (or custom hole drilling through a glass top (expensive), could allow real plants to protrude thru the top, presenting an amazing optional drama.
(*Riser with a soft cushioned edge, sits approx 6" from the inside round bottom. Utilizing this can make any interior/inside arrangement easier, by allowing you to use less material.)
If shipped, it would be by common carrier, motor freight. My custom crating would be $85, and I would cover (share 50/50) 50% of the shipping/freight cost.
