We have a classic 1955 Spartan Imperial Mansion mobile home for rent only 2 miles from downtown Murphys. It has been custom outfitted with an additional living room and covered front porch. There is a wood burning fireplace, washer/dryer, stove, refrigerator. It has very good well water, septic, propane and electricity with PG&E. It's located on a very quiet street off French Gulch Road. There is a huge barn , and several additional sheds for your use. There is garbage service through Cal-Waste. Tenant is responsible for all own utilities and garbage service. Must show proof of good income, have good references and good credit. We are looking for someone that is handy with fixing things on their own. Tenant is responsible for all maintenance and upkeep. Tenant will be required to keep property fire safe which includes keeping the land clear of all grasses, blackberry bushes, poison oak, tree branches, leaves etc. Tools are provided. No pets. However, previous tenant had chickens , which is acceptable. Owner may consider allowing tenant to have a few goats on property to help keep land clear which can be discussed. Prefer one tenant but may consider a couple.
