No drugs, including pot. No heavy alcohol drinking. No fires due to the high wildlife danger. No additional persons allowed on the property unless they are on the rental agreement. No outdoor storage. 1 vehicle allowed additional vehicles will be an extra charge. Background check required. Credit check required . Rental history with references required. 1st months rent and deposit required. No pets allowed.
