I am sorry but I was getting so many calls and texts that I just can't respond to all of the people.
So it will just have to be email for now.
If you can't figure out how to reply to this ad by email then look up how to do it on the internet,
or watch a youtube video on it. Or, have a young person do it as all young people can figure this sort of thing out easily. It is pretty easy just copy the email address and paste it into the place where you type the email address in.
I prefer email communication at first, because I tend to get so many responses I have a hard time figuring out who was who if they call or text. For instance, people will call me while I’m driving and I’ll talk to them and they will seem like a good candidate, but I get so many calls I get all mixed up on who was who.
It is available now. I have repainted many interior rooms, installed a new dishwasher and water heater. 3 years ago I installed a new Air Conditioner/Heat Pump, and a new oven.
