Pollock Pines, Ca - exit off Sly Park Rd.- heading West on Pony Express Trail - passing the Safeway grocery store, the Fire Dept. and stop at the Hardware store and turn right into the vacant lot that leads down into the Park.

We offer all-season- year round RV spaces for rent.
We welcome all ages and feature an active property manager, well-maintained landscaping, easy hook-ups, and paved roads.


Our location provides easy access to walking trails, mountain bike trails, water recreations and activities at Sly park, local shops, a few restaurants, primary school, church, local community center and easy access to freeway.

RV, 5th Wheel or Tiny Home must be currently registered and newer in good condition - no visible alterations or damages.
Current market space rent is $700 per month, $700 security deposit. Utilities (water, trash, sewer, and electric) are not included in the rent but will be itemized on your monthly statement based on occupants use.. Propane users must provide their own tank - the areas has several vendors to choose from.

We are pet-friendly with breed and size restrictions, subletting is not allowed.
Park approval requires an application to be completed for each adult, income verification (three times the rent), current California Identification, current and valid RV registration is a must have, a minimum credit score of 600, and no prior evictions. Co-signer will be considered.

Current visible photos of your RV or Tiny home (front, back, sides, and current registration) to Eve Morgan at . Feel free to text me with any questions or visit the park - there is NO need to schedule an appointment.

NO appointment necessary - feel free to drive by - ask questions if you see a local resident and get an idea of how the park is - reach out via text or call Monday through Friday 8:00 to 5:00 - we do not answer after hours unless an 911 or on weekend.
