This is more than a cabin, it is a lifestyle. We have a 1/2 acre permaculture garden, a 40' greenhouse, and orchards that are the focal point of our community. If you want to take advantage of the harvest of an abundance of produce year round, we ask you to participate in working in the garden and possess a desire to cultivate food. We enjoy doing this work often together, usually during work parties. Residents and guests enjoy hiking and biking in the foothills of the Tahoe National Forest and we are minutes from the Yuba River and Bullards Bar Reservoir and just 20 minutes outside Nevada City, CA.

CABIN (AVAILABLE APRIL 5th) 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom 600+/- square feet Cabin with Propane Heat and electric AC. Expansive back deck with cover from a broad leaf tree. RENTS for $1,100 per month UTILITIES NOT INCLUDED and requires a $1,100 Security Deposit MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 2
