The bathroom has high-end marble tile and skylights.
The house has a very big kitchen that opens right into the big living room with a gas fireplace and also has a formal dining room that opens onto the back deck. There are hard wood floors and big windows and easy safe parking.
The pics show it fully furnished but will be mostly emptied out except leaving some very neutral furniture items we would prefer to keep there, but the "personal effects/decorative elements" will be removed and is mostly a clean slate for your own personal style:>
We are looking for a reliable healthy match preferably who is eco-conscious and is ok with no-smoking.
We prefer no pets, but can be considered on a case by case basis.
