After building a wonderful home space for years in downtown Grass Valley, I have to go take care of my elderly parents.

Selling my nice homey trailer with three slide outs, private yard with fruits and shed, no mold problems and new roof with lifetime guarantee. There are some little challenges I live with that the right repair people could fix, and if everything was working perfect I would try to sell for $20,000, given my location and $800 a month rent.
