Rent: $1600 a month; $1600 deposit
Rental Includes;
Garbage, Water and small watertight storage shed, with electrical & a concrete floor; 8’x5’.
PGE billed seperately.
Approved housebroken pets will be charged a monthly rent of $25 per month, to be paid with monthly rent (No Pet Deposit).
The driveway is a dirt compacted so lower profile cars may have a challenge.
We are at 3k feet so we will get snow between January and April.
The roads are plowed and cleared.
Very quiet & private, on top of the hill, at the end of the road.
