This is a cute space with water, electric, and septic (add $100/mo, so 1200/flat mo total--includes all bills even though PGE keeps increasing their rates), walking distance from downtown Nevada City and very close to the tribute trail system/deer creak. It's in a quiet location that has country vibes.

It has it's own little yard area and private parking off-street parking spot for 1 car. It has a clean shower and self contained full bathroom area as well as a super slider for extra space compared to most trailers.

We are looking for a renter ideally who wants long term spot, but are flexible...Ideally just one quiet, clean, mellow nature loving person. No smoking.
