It shares two walls with my space, so, the person must be a quiet person, no parties/loud music, etc. No shared space, though. All separate and private.
No smoking, of any sort on property.
No 215/420, growing, storage or processing.
No pets.
Limited private parking (one convenient space), smaller vehicles work best.
Quiet neighborhood, just past the Brunswick Y, about 1/8 mile off 174 by Best Friends animal clinic on a dead end gravel road.
